Client in the Spotlight
During Covid and working from home, Donna noticed she was moving less. She knew that a sedentary lifestyle was not to be her future so in May 2021, she took the first step of her fitness journey and joined the First Fitness Shongum Lake Bootcamp. Trying something new while having fun with her daughter and friends, she attended weekly Bootcamp classes with a knowing smile.
Aware of the benefits of regular exercise, Donna has made fitness apart of her lifestyle. Every week, she trains privately with Kim and attends PM Studio Bootcamp. Most days, she stretches, does sit ups and planks, rides her exercise bike and walks around her neighborhood. Sticking to this regular exercise routine, Donna feels better mentally and physically. She has more energy throughout her day and has gained confidence in and outside of the Fitness Center.
If you are looking to start your fitness journey, Donna recommends setting small goals for yourself. Don’t forget to laugh and have fun!
