Personal Bio: Kim has turned her passion into a career while providing an alternative to the large “gym” experience. Kim works with individuals and groups to help reach their health and wellness goals through exercise and healthy lifestyle promotion. Kim’s clients receive individualized programs enthusiastically designed to encourage and engage at any age or fitness level. There is nothing more important to Kim than helping someone go through an experience that makes them happy, confident and strong. Kim is a member of the Women’s Networking Group B.I.G. Long Valley/Chester Pod. In her free time, she enjoys taking a hot yoga class, hiking, spending time with her Yorkie (Peanut) or hanging out with family and friends.
